You can set up the TroubleTrakkerPRO service to automatically assign problems to specific technicians based on the type of problem or where it occurs. This screen shows that all problems of type Printer in the Research Building will be automatically sent to Charley Truckman.

This way, you don't have to assign every problem manually - appropriate problems will go to the appropriate people.
