Once a problem has been entered into the TroubleTrakkerPRO service, you can use a variety of ways to assign it to the appropriate person.
 
You can assign it manually, to the appropriate technician of your choosing.
 
Or you can have problems assigned automatically, based on specific criteria (click to see how).
 
Below is the page used to assign the problem manually. With it, you:
  1. Select the problem
  2. Select who you want to assign the problem to
  3. Set an appropriate priority for the problem
  4. Add whatever instructions will help with solving the problem.

Click on the problem report you would like to have assigned.
Then select the technician to be assign to the problem report.
Select a priority and click the "Assign" button.
