The administrator of the TroubleTrakkerPRO service is automatically sent a notification email when the problem
is entered, alerting them immediately that a new problem exists. This feature lets the administrator respond
to the problem in a timely manner, without having to stay logged into the service.
This email is sent to the administrator when a problem is reported. As you can see, the email contains
links to the most commonly used actions in the TroubleTrakkerPRO service - you can use these to deal with the new problem quickly!
