You can set up the WorkTrakkerPRO service to automatically assign problems to specific maintenance workers
based on the type of problem or where it occurs. This screen shows that all problems of type Lighting in the
Research Building will be automatically sent to Bob Handyman.
This way, you don't have to assign every problem manually - appropriate problems will go to the appropriate people. |
