How do I auto assign tickets to a technician?

1. Click "Manage Technicians" on the right menu bar.
2. Click "Auto Assign Reports to Tech."
3. Select the Technician you would like to have tickets assigned to.
4. Select the building from which all reports will be assigned to that tech and click "Add." (note: you may select more than one building) this will move the buildings into the right hand box
5. Select a building from the right hand box and click “Next”
6. The problem types not assigned to the technician will appear in the left hand box. Select and add each problem type to be assigned to the technician. If you are assigning all problems in that building to the technician, you will need to move them all into the right hand box.
7. Repeat this process to assign multiple buildings to technicians.
