How do I delete a trouble ticket?

1. Under Technician Tasks click Delete Ticket.
2. Select problem report from drop-down menu.
3. Click the box next to Confirm.
4. Click Delete.

This option may not be available for all types of users. Only tickets which have been closed can be deleted. To close tickets such as duplicates see "How do I change the status if tickets?"
