How do I see the status of tickets?

Use the "View Reports by Status" link in the menu under the "View Other Reports" section.

Steps to create report
1. Select the status you would like to view the report by i.e. closed, unsolved, unassigned.
2. Choose how you would like to sort the report.
3. Select the order you would like to have the report displayed in (Ascending is A-Z, Descending is Z-A)
4. Select the Report View you would like. List (summary view), Short (displays ticket only), or Long (displays ticket and work history)
5. Select the number of report to be displayed at one time (keep in mind that the more reports displayed the longer the download will be)
6. Click the "Go" button
