MailCheck audio/visual notification error

Q. Why do I get an expired message or red "X" over the K when trying to use the audio/visual WebMail notification program?

A. This can happen when the network connection is lost when using the MailCheck add on program for the first time. IF you get an expiration message, simply reboot your computer and the MailCheck program will restart.

If you see a red "X" over the "K" in your systray, that means your network or Internet connection has droppped. It will restore itself as soon as a connection is made.
